FAQ
Your order will be delivered within 3 to 12 working days for all over India except for special zones (Jammu and Kashmir, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur etc) depending on the location of delivery. Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Note: - We have COD option available for orders upto Rs. 3000/- at a small fee of Rs. 99/- per order
Orders will be shipped via domestic courier services Monday - Friday, except on Major Holidays.
We use leading courier companies such as Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery & DTDC for shipments in India.
You will receive the order confirmation email, WhatsApp text or SMS once you place the order containing the tracking information. Else you can directly track the status of your order from the NicheAlley website by clicking on "My Order" section.
Please make sure you leave the correct contact information for us to reach out to you. If you fail to receive the order confirmation notification, please write to us at support@nichealley.com
If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via customer care bot or email at support@nichealley.comĀ Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.
As we follow triple check policy before packaging our product it is advisable to make an unboxing video of the package which clearly shows the defect for any damage claim on the product. Kindly ensure to upload the Video & Images at least 3 for us to analyse the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the Video & Images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 24-48 Hours from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.Ā If you have received an order in damaged condition, products can be returned or exchanged within 24-48 Hours from the date of receipt of orders.
