CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at support@nichealley.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We will cancel the shipment in case the order has not been shipped. If it has been sent, it will be considered as a purchase and the Returns & Exchange policy as below will be duly applicable.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Niche Alley, we understand that sometimes products might not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a smooth returns process for you. Here's everything you need to know about our hassle-free returns:
NOTE :
- Kindly note that items purchased on sale or using Store Credit or by using promo code cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers should note that the exchange and return policy can only be applied once for the same order number.
- Please make a Video Clip or Photo of packing the product with all tags intact and share it with us when returning the product.
- Refund Process Only Via Store Credits
Returns Period
- We offer a 3 Days of hassle-free returns period starting from the date of delivery.
Reverse Pick-Up Services
- For your convenience, we provide reverse pick-up services. When returning a product, a nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund per order. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange.
Pick-Up Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. In case the pick-up is unsuccessful, you'll need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse Pick Up availability is subject to your area pin code.
Return Condition
- To ensure a successful refund, please return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped with all tags and packaging intact. If the products show signs of wear or are returned in poor condition, a refund won't be provided and the product will be sent back to customer at their expense.
Refund Process Only Via Store Credits
- After we receive your return, please allow up to 2-5 business days for processing. Please note that we provide refunds via store credit only or via promo code which means you can use these credits for another purchase.
Self-Shipping for Returns
- In case your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you'll need to courier the product(s) to our warehouse address. In that case there will be no deduction of reverse pickup charges. You will get the full product amount as store credit.
Product Damage or Discrepancy
- If you receive a damaged product, please share the image of the product within 24 Hours of receiving the order highlighting the area of defect. In case of missing item you are requested to share the product received within 24 Hours of receiving the order at support@nichealley.com with the details, and we'll assist you accordingly.
- At Niche Alley, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, usually within 7 working days from confirmation of your eligibility. We're here to help, so don't hesitate to get in touch with us for any inquiries.
